Guidelines for measurements
procedure for males
- measure your neck below your adam's apple, looking straight.
- make sure the tape is as parallel to ground as possible, yet you need to measure only your neck. make sure you don't include your upper back muscles in your effort to make tape as parallel to ground as possible.
- the tape should be snug. not too tight or lose.
- measure your abdomen at navel, at normal exhalation, with feet together. the tape should be parallel to ground.
